Yield: 2 Cups
4 each Avocados, ripe, pitted
1/2 small White onion, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, pasted or grated
2 each Plum or vine-ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
1 small Jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
2 each Juice of lime
1/2 small bunch Cilantro, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
To taste Kosher salt and ground black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, mash the avocado using a fork or potato masher. Stir in the onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, lime juice, cilantro, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
