Hummus

SERVINGS 4 – 6
TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
4 tbsp Tahini
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp cold water (if too thick)
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Discard the liquid from the chickpeas and rinse with water.
Combine all the ingredients except for the paprika and olive oil in a food processor and blend.
Place in a bowl and garnish with olive oil and paprika.
